01 — Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

After reviewing your request, we will provide assistance, replacement parts, or another suitable solution when applicable.

02 — Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • All components, accessories, and instructions must be included
  • Returned within the applicable return period

Products that have been assembled, modified, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a return.

03 — Return Process

Before returning any item, please contact our support team first. Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from us.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the necessary return information.

04 — Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

05 — Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in situations including:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Items damaged due to improper use or assembly
  • Products that have been used or modified
  • Requests made outside the return period

06 — Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been processed and shipped.

07 — Missing Parts Support

DIY model kits contain multiple small components. If you discover missing or damaged parts during assembly, please contact our support team with details of the missing items.
